Once confirmed, your order will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 72 hours before being handed over to our trusted courier partner.
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 4–6 working days, depending on your location. In most cases, you can expect to receive your order within approximately one week from the date it is confirmed.
Overseas Orders
For overseas orders, please allow approximately 20–25 days for delivery.
These products are sourced from our overseas suppliers, which requires additional processing time before they reach our warehouse.
Once your order arrives at our facility, it undergoes a quality inspection and is dispatched within 24 hoursbefore being handed over to our courier partner for final delivery.
International Brand Sourcing Orders
Authentic products sourced directly from the United States (USA), United Kingdom (UK), United Arab Emirates (UAE), and Saudi Arabia (KSA) generally require 3–4 weeks for delivery.
Since these products are imported internationally, delivery timelines depend on cargo departure schedules, international transit, customs clearance, and other import procedures.
After arriving at our warehouse and successfully completing our quality inspection, your order will be dispatched within 24–48 hours before being handed over to our courier partner.
